1. SPONSOR/PRODUCER  TravelEASE.com's Sweepstakes ("sweepstakes") is sponsored and produced by TravelEASE.com and which will be promoted only on its website TravelEASE.com and/or its other designated websites. 2. ELIGIBILITY - No Purchase Necessary. The TravelEASE.com’s Sweepstakes is open to all people who reside in locations where the entry of such a contest is legal and lawful. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. If entrant is under 18, entrant must have parent's permission to play. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and the immediate family members of companies providing prizes and producer, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. In the event this sweepstakes is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of the producer, the producer reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes and award the remaining prizes among entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. 3. HOW TO ENTER No purchase or fee subscription to an Internet service provider is necessary. For purposes of this promotion, an "entrant" shall consist of a person, family, or household with a valid e-mail address for Internet and a valid household mailing address. Duplicates, copies, and other mechanical reproductions are not permitted. Illegible, mutilated, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Each entry must be entered separately. No Mail-in entries or phone-in entries are allowed and/or accepted. One entry per valid e-mail address. In the case of multiple entries, only the first will be considered. No person will be eligible to win more than one drawing a year. In the event of dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Producers are not responsible for Internet entries; failed, incomplete, or delayed transmission of Internet entries or for problems with computer, on-line, telephone, or Internet communications or damage to user's system as a result of participating in the sweepstakes. Illegible/ incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the producer and will not be returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render entrants ineligible. There is only one way to enter the sweepstakes. Entry by Computer – Players may enter the sweepstakes by using a browser to complete the TravelEASE.com’s registration form, located at TravelEASE.com and/or its other designated websites. All computer entries must be received by the deadlines set forth in paragraph 4. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means are not eligible. 4. TIMING OF SWEEPSTAKES The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 1/1/2008, and ends 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 12/30/2008. You must re-register during the above dates to be eligible for the drawing.   5. PRIZES One (1) prizes will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected winners every six (6) months for a maximum of two (2) prizes per calendar year. Each winner will receive one (1) limited edition print of James Dean. The print specification will be listed at TravelEASE.com and/or its other designated websites. No person will be eligible to win more than one drawing a year. Each sweepstakes will start on the first day of each six (6) month and will end on the last day of each six (6) month. All prizes will be awarded. Some and/or all of the prizes being awarded in this promotion may have been purchased by TravelEASE.com for use as prizes. The manufacturers of these prizes are not associated or affiliated with, nor have they endorsed, TravelEASE.com or this promotion. Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used herein for identification purposes only. Limit one (1) prize per household or organization per year. 6. SELECTION OF WINNERS On or about the posted end date, winners of the prize will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawings will be held under the supervision of REZcorp International, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize will be equal regardless of method of entry. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. No substitutions by winners for prizes. In the event a substitution for a prize becomes necessary due to unavailability, a prize of comparable or equal value will be substituted at the sole discretion of the producers. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state, and/or other tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, likeness, and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received from Internet. 7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among eligible entries, held on or about the posted Sweepstakes' end date. Winners will be notified by email. The prize winner does not need to be online at time of notification. Winners will be required to complete and return an eligibility certification, which must be signed by the winner (or parent/ guardian) and received by TravelEASE.com within 14 days of date of notification attempt or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entries. Winners, if under 18, must have a parent/legal guardian execute the Release of Liability form on their behalf. If the producer does not receive a reply to the notification announcement from the winner within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by a subsequent random drawing. The prizes will be awarded within approximately 3 weeks after an required proof and documentation is received. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from the pool of entries. All taxes on prizes, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by any prize and release producer from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners' name, city, state, likeness, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. 8. CONDITIONS The sweepstakes is governed by these official rules. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules, and understand that the results of the sweepstakes are final in all respects. All decisions regarding the sweepstakes including, but not limited to scoring and winner selection will be made by the producer, whose decisions shall be final. The rules and procedures are subject to change without prior notice. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited/restricted by law. Employees and their families of TravelEASE.com, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, agencies, and participating retailers are not eligible. The producer may prohibit you from participating in this sweepstakes or any future producer game if, at the sole discretion of the producer, you repeatedly show a disregard for producer rules, or act (i) in an unsportsmanlike manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other player or producer representative, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. All federal, state, and local laws apply. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold the producer, TravelEASE.com, and prize companies, as well as their respective employees, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, participating retailers, and agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further producer is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner assumes all liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes. Producer reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the producer corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes. Producer is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmission or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Producer is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by error of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or producer cannot contact winners for any reason, prize may be forfeited. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification or prize may be forfeited. The sweepstakes may be terminated without prior notice; however, prizes will still be awarded. In the event of early termination of the sweepstakes, all prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through the date on which the sweepstakes is terminated. 9. TO FIND OUT WHO WON For the name of the prize winner of the TravelEASE.com’s Sweepstakes, visit the main game page TravelEASE.com and/or its other designated websites.
