YOUR LEASE OF ADVERTISING SPACE AND USE OF OUR WEB SITE
CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
This web site presents information and content that are the property of REZcorp International, and/or its subsidiaries and
affiliates, travelEASE.com, TravelEASE.com and airportease.com,
collectively referred to as REZcorp International and/or its subsidiaries.
When used in these Terms and Conditions, "we" and
"our" mean REZcorp International and/or its subsidiaries.
1. Pre-Registration. All advertisers must
pre-register,
pre-qualify and receive a password to access and manage their account
and the bidding sites. (click here to register)
2. Advertisers. The art works for logos and/or
slogans,
hereafter, refer to as a "virtual decal," should be kept to a
minimum. The maintenance and the hyperlink from the cell to its web page
are the responsibility of the advertiser. Each virtual decal’s
coverage should incorporate the cell’s background color and scheme and
its total "ink-coverage" should not to exceed 50% of the cell’s
allowable space for transparency.
3. Virtual Decal. All submitted virtual decals,
running marquees and logo placements must be
approved by REZcorp International and/or its subsidiaries. Although we
will make every effort to help maximize your return from each space,
REZcorp International and/or its subsidiaries reserve the right to
reject any submissions, copy and all, at its sole discration.
4. Invoice. The invoice for the leased space and all
other related fees and taxes, if any, must be paid in full and no later
than 30 days before the beginning of each 90-day ad period. Otherwise, we
reserve the right to make the space available to the next bidder.
5. Ownership and Use of Content. All
of the information and content on this web site, including but not
limited to all text, graphics, software applications, video and audio
files and photos ("Content") are REZcorp International and/or
its subsidiaries' property, or the property of our suppliers, and is
protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws, unless
otherwise indicated. You may make and use printouts of the Content for
your personal, noncommercial use only, provided that the printouts
retain all copyright, trademark and proprietary notices. The use of the
Content on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for
any purpose, or any other republication or redistribution of the
Content, including, without limitation, framing the Content within
another web site, is expressly prohibited without the prior written
permission of REZcorp International and/or its subsidiaries.
6. Trademarks. REZcorp
International, TravelEASE.com, TRAVELease.com and airportandTRAVEL.com
logos are registered service marks of REZcorp International and/or its
subsidiaries. Other proprietary REZcorp International and/or its
subsidiaries' marks may be designated as such from time to time on this
site through use of the SM or ® symbols. Except when included in any
authorized printouts of the Content, you are not authorized to make any
other use of any REZcorp International and/or its subsidiaries'
registered service marks or other proprietary REZcorp International
and/or its subsidiaries' marks.
7. Security. For certain
types of communications through this web site, we require the use of
encryption technologies provided for your protection and/or use by you
of User IDs and Passwords. You are responsible for protecting your User IDs
and Passwords from disclosure to third parties and you are not permitted
to avoid the use of required encryption technologies. While we provide
